Yep.  Yellow themed walk in late May around Adams Morgan and Mount Pleasant.  Many flowers out in the heart of the city.

Walking around town: Red

In my almost daily walks around town, I've started having themes to my photos.  In large part to prevent me from stopping as frequently.  So the rule has been - whatever the theme of the day is, I can only take photos of that.  I started with colors.  So here are a few photos of red.

Sunset

The other night was mesmerized by an amazing sunset.  By the red sky at night.

I'm so drawn to abstract art and have been playing around with abstract photos so dropped one of those in here too.

Hey, Buds

During my many walks in April and May, I became obsessed with flowers budding. Not yet showing their full showiness but a beautiful promise of what may become.  Beautiful in their own rights.  These are buds around town.
